Ltd. has served the needs of the Printing Industry since 1978, manufacturing FAST and GEMINI Range of Web Offset Printing Presses which are used to print Newspapers, Books, Magazines and Telephone Directories. Raghbeer Machinery Pvt. Ltd. is a part of the J. Mahabeer Group of Industries which was established in the year 1895 primarily as a Trading House in Printing and Graphic Arts Machines and Accessories, it took a challenging path full of hurdles over the years towards becoming a leading manufacturer and supplier of Offset Printing Presses, an enviable position it now enjoys with only a select handful of others.

In the pursuit of excellence and single-minded focus on achieving overall quality, Ragh beer Machinery Pvt. Ltd. and its sister company DOMINANT OFFSET LIMITED were formed to take care of manufacturing activities of the “FAST” / “GEMINI” Web Offset Presses and “DELTA” Sheetfed Offset respectively. Both these companies have their own factories which have the most modern and latest State-of-the-Art manufacturing facilities i.e. Numeric Control (NC), Computer Numeric Control (CNC), Computer Aided Design (CAD), are used to achieve the highest accuracy and precision which is ever so important in the manufacturing of Sheet and Web Offset Presses.

The “FAST” range of Web Offset Presses manufactured by RAGHBEER MACHINERY PVT. LTD. is a very popular name across the world in the circle of printing and publishing of Newspapers, Books, Magazines, Telephone Directories etc. These presses are available in 3 basic variants of “FAST-200”, “FAST-300” and “FAST-360” with speeds of 20,000, 30,000 and 36,000 copies per hour speed. The various Cut-Off sizes available are 508mm, 533mm, 546mm, 560mm, 578mm, 594mm, 610mm & 630mm. There are several mainline Daily Newspapers in India and 36 other countries including markets such as USA, Brazil, South Korea etc. which are being printed on the “FAST” presses.

“FAST” is a very sturdy and robustly built press and incorporates the latest features increasing its efficiency and making it one of the most “User Friendly Press” in its segment.

In the quest of excellence and never ending innovation Raghbeer Machinery Pvt. Ltd. Pvt. Ltd. has recently presented to the world, India’s most State-of-the-Art Web Offset Press, namely “GEMINI” with a Speed of 45,000 cph, which caters to the needs of customers who have a requirement of large print runs and thus require a faster press. The “GEMINI” incorporates the most advanced and sophisticated features as in other European and American Presses and is therefore the “Latest Generation” press in its segment.

With a maximum mechanical speed of 50,000 cph and the design based on the Tower concept, which is the most widely accepted concept these days because of its compactness, “GEMINI” Mono Units are stacked on top of one another to form 2, 3 or 4-HI towers or stacked on to the “GEMINI” Automatic Splicers.

The Inking system in “GEMINI” Units have motor driven ink fountain rollers and have Lever type Ink Fountains which have been designed to be compatible with Zonal Inking Systems with Remote Operation as well. The Dampening System is designed for both Brush as well as Spray Dampening. The Lateral and Circumferential Register controls are on all the cylinders. They are motorized and controlled through a separate operator console with an LCD monitor which is touch screen.

The “GEMINI” Press is supplied with central lubrication system which is oil cooled and has two stage filter to remove ink and water from the oil in the unit.

As an option the “GEMINI” is also available as a Shaftless Press. The basic design of the press facilitates minimal changes in adopting itself to a Shaftless version.

The “GEMINI” is available in the cut-off sizes of 533mm, 546mm, 560mm, 578mm, 600mm and 630mm. The maximum web width for “GEMINI” is 889mm (35”) and the paper of 38-80gsm can be safely used. The Auto-splicers have the capacity to handle a roll of maximum 45” diameter.

The “GEMINI” has a Heavy Duty and sturdy folder capable of taking 12 webs for Broadsheet or Tabloid fold (1/2 fold), maximum 10 webs for magazine fold (1/4 fold) and 3 webs for digest fold (double parallel fold). There is a provision for Upper Former and also accommodating Stitcher, Gluer, Ribbon Deck and Bay Window in the press.
